This panel is displayed when you click Preventive service calendar from the Work with service objects, Preventive service information panel. On this panel you can view service calendar records that already exist for the service object. You can add or delete records. You can also hold or release the generation of the preventive service order.
Options
Selection fields
- Item
- Displays the item code for the service object.
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number that identifies the service object.
- Date
- Displays the date when the preventive service order will be generated, or is generated.
- Prev serv
- Displays the preventive service type that is assigned to the object.
- On hold
- Indicates if the preventive service order is on hold or not. If set to YES, a preventive service order will not be generated for this event.
- Service order
- Displays the service order number that was generated from this calendar event.
- Job
- Displays the service order job number that was generated from this calendar event.
- Service time
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated and if the service object is connected to a work centre. Indicates the calculated service time according to the kit specification, i.e. service items defined by hours, for the preventive service object.
- Reduced
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated and if the service object is connected to a work centre. Indicates if the work centre capacity has been reduced by the service time. An asterisk (*) is displayed in this field if the work centre capacity has been reduced and the current service time differs from the service time that was reduced from the work centre. Note: If you change the preventive service information or the kit specification and if the work centre capacity has been reduced, you must manually undo the reduction and then reduce the work centre capacity again so that it reflects the new service time.

The entries on this panel are used to specify conditions of the Preventive service calendar for the service object.
- Preventive service
- Enter a code from the Preventive service type table, indicating the preventive service type you want to add to the service object. Note: If the service object is connected to a tool and the specified service type is used as Service type calibration, a preventive service type used for calibration cannot be added manually to the calendar. A service order will be created automatically when the calibration point is reached for the tool.
- Service date
- Enter the service date for the object.
- Hold order generation
- Indicate if this object/preventive service type combination should be hold or not when preventive service orders are generated.
