Related topics
This panel displays the warehouses in which the selected item is stored. You can toggle between viewing all warehouses or only those that have excess stock. Non-stocked items (i.e. Item class = 2) can also be displayed if the warehouse has available stock greater than zero (including all orders, regardless of the planning time).

Selection fields
- Item
- Displays the name and description of the selected item.
- Whs
- Displays the warehouses in which the item is stored.
- Description
- Displays the warehouse description.
- Available
- Displays the available quantity.
- On hand
- Displays the stock on hand quantity.
- Excess qty
- Displays the excess quantity.
- ROP + EOQ exc
- Displays the reorder point + economic order quantity excess.
- IC
- Indicates if the item is stored in an active warehouse in the Inventory management file.
- Item class
- Indicates the item class for the item.
- Reorder pt
- Displays the reorder point for the item.
- EOQ
- Displays the economic order quantity for the item.
- EOQs avail
- Displays the available economic order quantity for the item. This is calculated as:
Available quantity/EOQ = EOQs available
- Last movem
- Displays a date indicating the last inventory movement for the item in the warehouse. This date is retrieved from the Date of issue field in the Warehouse file.
- Demand mts
- Displays the number of months for which there is an expected demand in physical stock for the item. This is retrieved from the Year forecast field in the Inventory management item file.
Item excess stock enquiry (INVD1164)
This panel displays the details of the selected item/warehouse combination.

- Displays the name and description of the selected item.

- Stock unit
- Displays the stock unit for the item.
- Excess stock def
- Displays the excess stock definition for the item.
- Available
- Displays the available quantity and number of EOQs for the item.
- Demand months
- Displays the number of months for which there is an expected demand in physical stock for the item. This is retrieved from the Year forecast field in the Inventory management item file.
- Excess
- Displays the excess quantity and number of EOQs for the item.
- Avg demand per month
- Displays the average demand per month for the item.
- Stock on hand
- Displays the stock on hand quantity and number of EOQs for the item.
- Last movement date
- Displays a date indicating the last inventory movement for the item in the warehouse. This date is retrieved from the Date of issue field in the Warehouse file.
- Year forecast
- Displays the calculated and manual year forecast for the item. The manual forecast is valid until the override date in the End date field.
- EOQ
- Displays the calculated and manual economic order quantity for the item. The manual EOQ is valid until the override date in the End date field.
- ROP
- Displays the calculated and manual reorder point for the item. The manual ROP is valid until the override date in the End date field.
- ROP + EOQ
- Displays the sum of the calculated reorder point and economic order quantity.
- Safety stock
- Displays the calculated and manual safety stock value for the item. The manual safety stock value is valid until the override date in the End date field.
