This panel displays the excess stock conditions that have been defined for the selected item. The excess stock review will check all other warehouses than the warehouse currently on the purchase suggestion for the excess stock condition. For each warehouse where the item is activated, the excess stock condition will be retrieved and a check will be performed.
The program will search for an excess stock condition according to the following hierarchy:
- Control key class Warehouse
- Control key class *BLANK
- Default Warehouse *DFT (description for the Default class)
- Default *BLANK *DFT (description for the Default class)
If no condition can be found after this, then the warehouse will not be checked for excess stock.

- Displays the selected control key class.
- Control key
- Displays the selected control key.
- Warehouse
- Displays the selected warehouse.
Selection
- Last movement days
- Displays the minimum number of days that must have passed since the last inventory movement for the item in the warehouse. If the item has been invoiced within the specified number of days it will not be checked for overstock.
- Item active days
- Displays the minimum number of days that must have passed since the item was created. If the item has been created within the specified number of days it will not be checked for overstock.
Excess stock condition
- Number of EOQ available
- Displays the maximum number of available EOQs that is allowed before the item is considered to have overstock.
- Demand months avail
- Displays the maximum number of available demand months that is allowed before the item is considered to have overstock.
- Excess of ROP + EOQ
- Indicates if the item should be considered to have overstock if the available quantity exceeds the sum of ROP and EOQ.
