This panel displays the analyses of slow moving items that were updated to an (interim) work file in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine.
This program allows you to change and work with the calculated item control values for slow movers included in the analysis before they are updated in the Item/Warehouse file. When you have made your changes, click Update to update the values.

Selection fields

- Description
- Displays the description of the analysis.

- Displays the remarks entered for the analysis report printout.
Work with slow moving stock ID, Header details (INVD46004)
This panel displays the header details of the selected analysis as defined in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine.

- Displays the description of the analysis. In Maintenance mode, the field can be changed.
- Remarks
- Displays the remarks entered for the analysis report printout. In Maintenance mode, the field can be changed.
Update criteria
This section lists the methods that are available for the analysis of slow moving items. The method that was selected for the analysis you are working with is indicated by a value.
- Last movement date
- If this method was selected for the analysis, then this field displays a date indicating the last movement date for the items to be selected. This date is compared to the Date of issue field in the Item/Warehouse file. All items that have not been moved since the entered date is included in the analysis.
- No of movements YTD
- If this method was selected for the analysis, then this field displays the number of movements for the items to be included in the analysis. For example, if this field displays 5, then the system selects those items that have moved five times or less so far this year. The comparison value is retrieved from the No of issues YTD field in the Item/Warehouse file.
- Year forecast
- If this method was selected for the analysis, then this field displays a forecast selecting items that have a certain year forecast. For example, if this field displays 50, then the system selects the items that have a year forecast of fifty or less. Note: The value the system uses for comparison is always the system calculated value. It is never the manually entered year forecast. The comparison value is retrieved from the Item/Warehouse file.
