This panel is an overview of all declaration proposals that have been created. The St column indicates the status of each non-confirmed proposal by default. To view confirmed proposals for which the electronic declaration file has been created (status 60), toggle Switch proposal.
Options
| Errors | Only applicable for a proposal created for the Spesometro declaration option. Select this option to view errors found for a business partner in a proposal. |
| Update | Only applicable for a proposal created for the Spesometro declaration option. Select this option to update a proposal after error corrections. |
| Select this option to print a control list. Via this option, you can reprint a control list of all transactions, including those related to previously updated business partners for which errors have been corrected. | |
| Create file | Select this option to create an electronic file of the declaration to be sent to the tax authorities. The proposal status will become 60 and will be visible on the panel by toggling Switch proposal. You can recreate and resend the file, if necessary. |

- This column lists the proposal descriptions.
- Year
- This column indicates the year of the proposal.
- TpSnd
- This column indicates the type of declaration sending for the proposal. The following types apply:
Type Description 0 Ordinary sending 1 Replacement sending 2 Cancellation
- Form
- This column indicates in what form the proposal’s data is sent. The following forms apply:
Value Description 0 Aggregate 1 Analytical
- St
- This column indicates the status of the proposal. The following codes apply:
Code Description 10 Proposal created and correct. 15 Proposal in maintenance. The proposal is running and cannot be maintained. 30 Proposal with errors. 60 Electronic file created.

- Proposal no
- Displays the proposal number you are working with.
- Description
- Displays the proposal description, but can be changed.
- Status
- Displays the proposal status.
- Year
- Displays the year for which the proposal is created.
- Type of sending
- Enter the type of declaration sending that applies for the proposal. The following types exist:
Type Description 0 Ordinary sending (defaulted) 1 Replacement sending 2 Cancellation
- Substitution docum
- If Type of sending is 1 (Replacement) or 2 (Cancellation), then enter the reference number of the previous sending.
- Document num
- If Type of sending is 1 (Replacement) or 2 (Cancellation), then enter the document number of the previous sending.
- Declaration form
- Enter in what form you want to send the declaration data. Your choice will apply to all declaration transactions included in the proposal. The following type of forms exist:
