The order type is stored in every manufacturing order. It includes information about how backflushing of material and operations should be made and what kind of shop floor document should be printed.
You can access this panel in both Add mode and Change mode. Click Add/Change to toggle between the modes.
- Order type
- The code that identifies the manufacturing order type.
- Description
- The description of the manufacturing order type.
- Print oper card at
- Mandatory entry. The code indicates from where the printout of the operation card is ordered. Note: If the ordering is done from the Detail planning panel and the manufacturing order status is 10, all other documents will be printed.
- Direct print of shop floor documents
- Indicate if the shop floor documents should be printed directly after the creation of a manufacturing order. Note: Shop floor documents will only be printed directly if the status of the created manufacturing order is 10. However, if the manufacturing order status is not 10 after the creation and this field is set to YES, shop floor documents can be printed manually from the Work with manufacturing order panel.
- Print pallet labels
- Indicate if pallet labels should be printed when the shop floor documents are printed. This field is only displayed when DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated in the company in which you are working. Note: Pallet labels are only printed for items that are defined with automatic pallet creation on item warehouse level.
- Printer queue labels
- The printer queue where the labels should be printed. This field is only displayed when DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated in the company in which you are working.
- Print product labels
- Mandatory entry. The code indicates if and where product labels should be printed. Note: The number of printed product labels depends on the package quantity of the stock unit. For example, if the pack quantity size is 10 and the order quantity is 150, 15 product labels will be printed.
- Printer queue product labels
- The printer queue where the product labels should be printed. This field is only mandatory if the Print product labels field is set to 2 (Print at shop floor printout) or 3 (Print at manufacturing order reception).
- Print no of/Printer queue
- For the following document types, enter the number of documents to be printed for the manufacturing order:
- Operation report
- Pick list
- Material card
- Assembly report
- Mtrl list/operation
Note: If a number is specified for a document type it is mandatory to enter the printer queue where the documents should be printed.
