In this program you define the different service item groups. Each service item defined in the Item file will belong to a given service item group, which in turn will follow certain rules. Examples of service item groups could be:
- Labour hours
- Travel
- Service agreement fees
- External purchase

- Group
- This column lists the existing service item groups.
- Allow on time reg
- Indicates if the service item that belongs to the group should be allowed for time registration.
- Quantity
- Indicates if quantity (if start/stop hours are not used) is allowed for a service item that belongs to the group.
- Hours
- Indicates if the service item that belongs to the group should be defined by hours.
- External purchase
- Indicates if the service item that belongs to the group should be defined as external purchase.
- Service agr fee
- Indicates if the service item that belongs to the group should be defined as service agreement fee.
- Non time reg hours
- Indicates if the service item that belongs to the group belong to non time registration hours. Service items that belong to the group represent labour hours, but are not entered through time registration; they are entered directly into the service order. This means that it will not be possible to follow the engineer’s time.
- Miscellaneous
- Indicates if the service item that belongs to the group belongs to miscellaneous. Service items that belong to the group could represent anything that is to be tracked in the service business.
- Time only
- Indicates if the service item that belongs to the group belongs to time only. Service items that belong to the group, could be used in time registration, but will not be connected to any service order.

- Group
- Displays the service item group(s) you selected to copy.
- New group
- Enter a code to identify the new service item group you are creating.
