Time rule enquiry (SOR13204)
This panel displays the time rules that have been set up for the selected warehouse. The entered time transactions are automatically split depending on the warehouse to which the engineer belongs, the basic time level of the engineer and the day of week.
Time rules are also used in the service planning to define how daily hours should be reported for an engineer when normal work time is used. It is possible to define different rules depending on normal days and public holidays. It is also possible to have different rules for the customer (i.e. what the customer will be charged for) and the engineer (i.e. what will be transferred to the payroll system).
Function keys
Normal day/Public holiday | Toggle between viewing Normal day and Public holiday. |
- Warehouse
- The code from the Warehouse table indicates the warehouse to which the engineer belongs.
- Basic time level
- The code from the Basic time level table indicates the time level that is defined for the engineer.
- Day of week
- The code from the Day description table indicates the day of the week (Monday = 1, Sunday = 7).
Normal day
The time rules defined for a normal day in the selected warehouse are displayed below.
Public holiday
The time rules defined for a day in the selected warehouse, if it is a public holiday, are displayed below.
