Work with attesting, Employee/Week (TME101F)

This panel displays clocking transactions and day balances for a selected employee and week. Attesting is done for the whole week.

Function keys

Prv week view the previous week.
Next week view the next week.
Day balances Work with day balances. Note: If the cursor is placed on a date, then only day balances for that date are shown. If the cursor is not placed on a date, then day balances for the whole week are shown.
TR journal Work with the TR journal. Note: If the cursor is placed on a date, then only records for that date are shown. If the cursor is not placed on a date, then records for the whole week are shown.
Attest Attest the whole week.
Prv employee view the previous employee in the attest group.
Next employee view the next employee in the attest group.

Selection fields

Date
Displays the date for each day within the selected week.
Total wage type balance
Up to three wage types can be specified for a wage group in the Wage type 1-3/Show bal field on the Wage group maintenance panel. If this is the case, then the total balances for these wage types are displayed here. The field names reflect the description of the wage types. If no wage types have been defined for the wage group in question, then no fields are displayed.
Total
Displays the total hours of expected presence and day balances for the week.
Sts/Att/Err
These fields display, for each day, the following:

Sts Calendar date status The following codes can be displayed:

Code Description
0 Not processed
1 Calculated
2 Transferred to payroll system
Att Attested Indicates if attesting has been made.
Err Error code Indicates if any error has been found in the TR journal or the day balance file. The following codes can be displayed:

Code Description
*Blank No error
E Error
W Warning
In/Out
Indicates the time when the employee has clocked in and out during the day. Up to three in/out times per day can be displayed.
Time codes
Indicates that the employee has clocked in or out using a time code. Up to two time codes per day can be displayed.
Exp. presence
Displays the expected presence according to the day scheme.
Wage type/Description
Indicates, per day, the hours reported for a wage type.
