The purpose of this program is to update files from DC1 Distribution to DC1 Warehouse Management. This should only be done when a warehouse used in DC1 Distribution should be activated for DC1 Warehouse Management, and the data from DIS should be transferred to WHM.
Prerequisites
- The warehouse must be activated for DC1 Warehouse Management (the Activate WHM field is set to YES in Work with warehouses).
- The items that should be stocked in the warehouse must be activated (the Activate WHM field is set to YES in the Item/Warehouse file).
- The Load location balance definitions file (WMR994B) must be updated with information concerning the locations that should be used.

This routine cannot be completed if any data exists in the files mentioned above. The same applies, if any sales orders or purchase orders exist, with status higher than or equal to 30, but less than 60, for any of the items activated for this warehouse.
- Warehouse
- Enter the warehouse for which location balances should be loaded.
- Zone/Location to use if error
- These fields will be the zone/location used for the items if the Load location balance definitions file (WMR994B) was not updated correctly.
- Zone
- Enter the zone that should be used for the items without a location definition. This zone must be defined as bulk in Work with warehouse zones.
- Location
- Enter the location that should be used for the items without a location definition. This location must be a bulk location and defined for multiple items.
