Define the layout for the DB audit log file enquiry

Before you view the DB audit – log file enquiry you can define the layout of the detail panel.

  1. Select the Work with data base audit management menu item.
  2. You access DB audit – library table maintenance. Highlight the library and click Select.
  3. You access DB audit – files table maintenance. Click Change.
  4. On the detail panel, click the Maintain enquiry layout function key to maintain the enquiry layout.
  5. You access DB audit – enquiry layout maintenance. When you access this panel for the first time no fields will be displayed. Click the prompt to select single fields or click Retrieve fields to retrieve all fields.
  6. The same panel is displayed, now with the field names. Click OK to view the descriptions of the fields. While in field code mode you can select the fields that you wish to view in the DB audit – log file enquiry. Click OK.
