To print all transport notes (sales order line status = 40) and shipping documents that are ready for printout do as follows:
- Select the Print transport notes menu item.
- You access Transport note printout where you enter your sequence and specification requirements.
- You access Print control displaying your printer default values. These values can be changed.
Caution: If you print a transport note without selecting any of the documents, the shipping documents for this transport note cannot be printed later.
Click OK.
Click OK to print the transport note. Alternately, if the Interactive process field is set to YES in the Work with DC1 user profiles for your user profile, you can press F2 to print it interactively.
Note: If you want the transport note and shipping documents to be printed on the printer connected to the warehouse, leave the Printer queue field blank.
