Reschedule order lines

Qualifying items
Only items on an order line that qualify for rescheduling will be picked up. An item qualifies for rescheduling if:

  • the order line status is less than 30 (no pick list printed)
  • the item is not a parent item in an order structure
  • the item is a changeable component in an order structure
  • For a BtB sales order line, the connecting BtB purchase order has not been created
  • the order lines have the same unit as that entered on the Add lines panel
  1. On Work with sales orders, Order lines, enter the item code of the lines you want to reschedule and click Schedule. Tip: To reschedule only one line, select the line you want to reschedule and click Schedule.
  2. A window prompts asking you to confirm if you want to reschedule existing order lines for this item. Note: This window panel also prompts if you change the item code on the Sales order line scheduling panel to an item code for which order lines already exist and the item qualifies for rescheduling (see qualifying item stipulations above). Enter YES to reschedule.
  3. You access Sales order line scheduling. All lines previously scheduled are displayed. Note: The available quantity has been recalculated by the system depending on events to these order lines and/or item after the original booking.
  4. For the purpose of this example, the Total quantity to be dispatched has been increased to 200. The system re-calculates the quantity to be dispatched for the number of dispatches. Click Accept to accept and book the lines.

  5. You return to Work with sales orders, Order lines. You can change any of the information on this panel or you can click Back to exit the program.
