The following describes the difference between YES and NO in the Print all breaks field in the Report description.

Prerequisites
Make sure that Print all breaks is set to NO on the Work with reports, Description panel for the report.

The following break level texts are defined for Item category 1 in the Break level text table:

Break key Text
C Consumables & Accessories
D Domestic Appliances
O Office Equipment

The following item categories are defined in the Item category 1 table:

Item category 1 Description
AGREE Service Agreement
CON01 Consumables
CON02 Accessories
DOM01 Home Laundry
DOM02 Refrigeration
DOM03 Cooking
DOM04 Audio Visual
EXPS Expenses
LABR Labour
OFF01 Photocopiers
OFF02 Printers
PHONE Phones
STCHG Standing Charges
SVC01 Service parts/tools/kits

This means that the report will show a total sum for:

  • CON01 and CON02 (break level text C)
  • DOM01, DOM02, DOM03 and DOM04 (break level text D)
  • OFF01 and OFF02 (break level text O)

The version used when printing the report in these instructions is defined like this:

Below the Level column heading, 1 is defined, which means that the first letter in the Item category 1 code will be used to summarise all item categories starting with the same first letter.

Explanation of the printout

In this case, all break levels for the first position (first letter in the Item category 1) are printed, i.e. also text not defined in the Break level text table. Since break level L, P and S are not defined in the Break level text table, no text is printed.
